This series machine can shear maximum thickness up to 12mm, width ≤ 4000mm of plate sheet, the tensile strength of the shearing material is subject to 450Mpa(Q235 STEEL).

If require shearing other tensile strength materials, should converse into the thickness of the shearing plate steel.

This machine adopts steel plate welding structure, tool holder’s shear is hydraulic driven nitrogen return travel, its working is smooth& reliable; small size, lightweight & good rigidity.

Main Structure

1. Machine Frame

Machine frame part is the combination of welding integral structure, with good rigidity. Doing the artificial aging treatment after welding in order to eliminate the welding stress. Two cylinders are fixed on the right and left columns (wall) and the front wall, an auxiliary blade block is installed on the working table, which is easy to make fine adjustment of the bottom blade. Also on the working table has supporting rollers, which is easy to feed-in, and easy operation.

2. Upper Tool Holder

The tool holder is steel welded structure, doing the artificial aging treatment after welding, in order to eliminate the welding stress generated by welding, with good rigidity. Through the worm gear drive for fast adjusting the blade gap. Adopting three-point support Rolling clamp guide, driven by the right and left cylinder making up and down gate-type movement to complete shearing.

3. Pressing Material Device

This part is composed by several pressed cylinders which installed on the front of the machine frame’s wall. When oil entered into the pressed cylinder, after overcoming the tension of the spring, the presser foot down press plate sheet heavily; after complete shearing, with the help of Relay springs’ contraction forced to reset. Pressed force increases with the increasing of the thickness of the shearing plate.

4. The Front and Back Gauge

The front gauge is placed in the front of the working table, in order to regulate the activities block to achieve the required gauge value. When shearing thin plate sheet, using the front gauge shear is more convenient. Back gauge is placed on the upper tool holder, doing up and down movement as the upper tool holder; this machine’s back gauge uses a second-grade gauge device. When the shearing plate sheet size is over the back gauge value then have lifting function, so can let no limit length of plate sheet get through.

Features

1. Body type is welded all steel frame, and treatment after welding to remove the stress, so it has sufficient strength and rigidity.

2. The oil cylinders are connected together, with good synchronously performance. Also, shearing angle can be adjustable, and shearing quality is very good.

3. Three-point support rolling clamping guide to maintain good accuracy, the tool holder is running smoothly, and can quickly adjust the blade clearance.

4. The tool holder stroke can be stepless adjustable to improve production efficiency.

5. The upper tool holder is Introversion structure, easy to blanking, and to improve the accuracy of the parts.

6. Overall rectangular blades, four cutting edges can be used, high utilization with long life.

7. Digital back gauge device uses China digital systems, clearly and accurately displays gauge stroke data.

8. Back gauge provides three kinds of regulatory function: forward, backward and manual fine-tuning, easy to operation.

9. With a variety of operating functions, easy to commissioning, use and maintenance.

10. On the operation panel, the right side of the front wall and movable foot switch part, have emergency stop button electrical interlock safety device. On the machine throat part, working table operation part and machine rear are equipped with a protective gate, safe and reliable.
